Learning outcomes:

  • You know the basics of learning design and outline its future guidelines.
  • You can utilize learning design tools in teaching.

Contents and methods:

  • What is learning design?
  • How is learning design used in higher education of Nordic countries?
  • What kind of tools and methods can be used in learning design?

The course is implemented entirely online.
Students can progress at their own pace within the limits set by the start and end dates. 
Video lectures are provided by the experts from all over Nordic countries and Europe.
The tasks are designed in a practical way and can be directly linked to your own work. If necessary, guidance for the assignments can be obtained from the course teachers.
2 ECTS course corresponds to approximately 54 hours of student workload.
