Note that you can enrol for Open UAS studies at the maximum of 50 ECTS credits per semester. One person’s enrolments exceeding 50 ECTS credits are deleted in the enrolment order. Paying attention to this is important when planning your studies.

Xamk degree students cannot enrol on Open UAS courses. 

Path students enrol at Peppi or Tuudo only for study courses included in path studies. Check your invitation letter for more detailed instructions for your own path study.

  • What is involved in the studies for Bachelor of Engineering, Game Technologies?
  • What are the employment opportunities in the games industry and applicable industries?
  • What are the relevant strengths and areas of interests for a student pursuing a game technology career?
  • What are the relevant skills and competencies required for UAS studies?

Implementation:

  • You can progress at your own pace in the course.
  • Independent work, no group work.
  • The course does not include time-bound group discussions or online lectures.
  • A course of 2 credits corresponds on average to 54 hours of work.

The study material can be found on the course’s online platform, Open Learn. The study materials include videos and readable online materials.

Assessment:
The course consists of automatically assessed assignments. The assignments must be completed according to the given instructions to receive a passing grade for the course.
